BTB Evaporators for the concentration of liquids

The process to clean waste water is an important subject for us. The organic solids to be concentrated and clean distillated (water) are gained. With the separation of waste water to concentrates and distillates the potential recyclables are recycled to concentrates; the distillates are also re-processed or as cleaned waste water reused. The difficult to be handled emulsions are e.g. separated to oil and to the water phase. Waste waters are treated to clear water and to be disposed concentrates are separated with a low volume (high solids content).

Vacuum evaporation reflects an energetically optimal treatment. The BTB plant feature by means of 100% recovery of the condensation energy lowest energy consumptions. The energy input is only undercut with the other processes for waste water treatment like membrane technology, CP-plant or electro flotation. These technologies are reserved however to be treated waste waters which can?t be evaporated. Or certain temperatures due to the process are not allowed to be undercut or exceeded.

The BTB plant comprise plants for the evaporation of 500 - 3.000 l/h.
